These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website www.starvisiontickets.com and the purchase and use of digital event tickets (including QR-code tickets, e-tickets, and electronic confirmations) (the “Tickets”).

By accessing our website or purchasing or using any Tickets, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase Tickets.

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”, “User”, or “You”) and Star Vision Advertising WLL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern the use of our website and the purchase, delivery, and use of digital event tickets.

Your continued use of the website and purchase or use of Tickets constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • BenefitPay (Benefit – Kingdom of Bahrain)
  • Accepted Currencies: Bahraini Dinar (BHD)

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

  • We do not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries.

2.3 Age Requirement

  • Users must be 18 years or older to purchase Tickets.

2.4 Cardholder Obligations

  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records, merchant policies, and these Terms & Conditions.
  • You confirm that the payment card used belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

2.5 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the website or Tickets for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Gambling
  • Fraud or misuse of Tickets

2.6 Unsupported Payment Types

The following payment methods are not accepted:

  • Wire transfers
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Virtual Credit Cards (VCC)
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • Transit cards
  • Escrow-based payments

3. TICKET USE & VALIDITY

  • Each Ticket is valid only for the specified event, date, time, and venue
  • Tickets are issued in digital format only and may include QR codes or unique identifiers
  • Tickets may be scanned or verified at the event entrance

You may not:

  • Resell Tickets for commercial purposes without written authorization
  • Duplicate, copy, alter, or misuse Tickets
  • Use Tickets in a way that disrupts the event or violates venue rules

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & EVENT RIGHTS

All website content, branding, ticket formats, QR codes, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Star Vision Advertising WLL and/or the event organizer.

Ownership of a Ticket does not grant any intellectual property rights or recording rights at the event.

5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS

Due to the nature of digital event tickets, all sales are final once the Ticket has been issued.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where required by Bahraini law or at the sole discretion of the organizer
  • Lost, stolen, or misused Tickets will not be replaced
  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks through your payment provider
  • Any unauthorized chargeback may result in ticket cancellation or legal action
  • Ticket prices may change at any time prior to purchase

6. EVENT CHANGES & LIABILITY

  • Event dates, times, venues, performers, or programs may be subject to change
  • We are not responsible for changes made by event organizers
  • Our liability is limited to the face value of the Ticket, where applicable by law

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related costs

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
  • Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver
  • We may seek injunctive or equitable relief for breach
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain for any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our website or Tickets.
